This serum contains epidermal growth factor (EGF), a protein that helps to stimulate cell growth and repair the skin. It is used to improve the overall health and appearance of the skin, and helps to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and scarring
Chemically speaking, growth factors are medium-length amino acid sequences (EGF consists of 53 amino acids). Biologically speaking, Growth Factors are cellular signal molecules that can stimulate cell growth, proliferation, healing and/or differentiation.
This is an excellent serum to use after chemical peels, micro needling and other cosmetic procedures.
