Lips must be dry at time of application. Do not apply if skin is broken or open

Apply #1 with qtip(thin layer) (client may feel tingling sensation)

wait 5 mins

gently wipe down with cool water(client may feel burning sensation)

Apply #2 with qtip(client will feel numb sensation)

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

do not rub or scrub lips. lips may feel dry for the next 3to4 days, keep moisturized with lip balm
